You are required to provide the name(s) and affiliation(s) of anyone from whom you have received significant intellectual or technical assistance whether or not they are part of your team. This is required to ensure that there are no conflicts of interest when selecting a judging panel. You would enter these individuals and their affiliated institutions as "contributors" in the submission form.
