What will be the procedure for evaluating Level of Achievment 2.4?

The wording for Level of Achievement 2.4 is very vague (reproduced below). For instance, what is meant by "sharp", how will a digital image be magnified at "10x", what is the ratio between image pixels and screen pixels, what is the resolution of the screen the image will be viewed on, and what distance is the viewer from the screen?

I suggest revising this section to be clearer and more quantitative.

2.4 - For all specimens, the resolution must be sufficient to produce a sharp image at 10x magnification when viewed on a screen.

Judges will be looking for images that are in focus and have a good depth of field. In Phase 1 of the competition judges will be viewing the images on their own computers. Thus the distance each judge is from the screen as well as the resolution of the screens that the images will be viewed on is going to vary. However, with every judge being uniform within their own scoring, scoring will be consistent.
